- Kerry Darbishire has been widely praised for her evocative nature poetry. In 2023, she was Poet in Residence at Rydal Mount, home of William Wordsworth.
- Elizabeth Stott studied physics. Her fiction and poetry has been published and anthologised. In 2023, her collection The Undoing was released by Maytree Press.
- Ilse Pedler who works as a veterinary surgeon won the 2015 Mslexia Poetry Pamphlet competition and her collection Auscultation was published by Seren in 2021.
- Kelly Davis is a freelance editor who won the Magma Subscribers’ Competition in 2018. Her debut solo collection is The Lost Art of Ironing published by Hedgehog Poetry Press in 2024
